Don Felder, the former guitarist of the Eagles, reached out to his fans after a concerning incident that occurred during his recent performance on the Rock Legends Cruise.
While dedicating the song “Tequila Sunrise” to the late Glenn Frey, Felder faced an alarming moment that required swift medical attention.
A fan captured the incident, which showed Felder losing his balance as he played his acoustic guitar.
Fortunately, a member of his crew promptly stepped in to assist him, leading Felder offstage alongside the rest of the band, who were clearly worried for his health.

The next day, Felder’s team took to Instagram to express their sincere gratitude for the outpouring of support from fans.
They explained that his abrupt exit from the stage was due to dehydration.
After receiving proper medical treatment, which included fluids, Felder is now recovering well.
To prioritize his health, Felder’s team announced that his upcoming performances on the cruise would be postponed.
This intermission will provide him the necessary time to fully rehydrate and recuperate.
